I build companies through networks, people, and deep market knowledge.

My edge isn't writing code — it's understanding markets, building the right relationships, and knowing how to put together teams that turn expensive problems into sustainable businesses.

Born in 1996 in Erzurum, lives in Istanbul. Educated at Baku Turkish Anatolian High School in Azerbaijan; graduated in Political Science from Istanbul Bilgi University. I'm a serial entrepreneur and CEO. My edge isn't writing code — it's understanding markets, building the right relationships, and knowing how to put together teams and structures that turn expensive problems into sustainable businesses.

I spent years on the ground in cross-border logistics — not as a consultant, but as an operator working directly with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and traders across the Middle Corridor and CIS countries. That network and operational knowledge is what I build companies on top of.

Zentria Flow exists because I watched importers overpay on every single shipment — not because they were careless, but because nobody gave them accurate landed cost data before they committed to a purchase. I assembled the team and resources to fix that. The company is incorporated in Delaware and built for global markets.

Trazeroad is the logistics operation I built and run through those industry relationships. FixerCV applies the same business instinct to HR technology — spot an information gap, build a company around the solution. At ELBAER, I lead as Executive Director, bringing operational discipline to industrial manufacturing.

What I do best: identify where money is being lost at scale, build the relationships and organizational structures to capture that opportunity, and lead the business through execution.

The Azerbaijan years were formative in ways I only fully understood later. Being educated at Baku Turkish Anatolian High School wasn't just about school — it was about learning to operate in a context where the rules and relationships were different from home. That experience became directly relevant when I later built operations across the Turkey–Azerbaijan–Kazakhstan corridor. I didn't need to learn how things work in Baku; I already knew.

I am not a developer, and I've never tried to be. The companies I build don't succeed because I can write code — they succeed because I can find the right people who can, and give them a problem worth solving. My technical teams at Zentria Flow and FixerCV work with engineers who know their domain deeply. My job is to translate between what the market needs and what technology can do, and to keep the vision sharp enough that everyone else can move fast against it.

Advisory work is an extension of the same operating model. When a company comes to me about Turkey or CIS market entry, I'm not running them through a framework — I'm drawing on direct contacts, real regulatory knowledge, and on-the-ground experience that doesn't exist in reports or consulting decks. If you need someone who knows the actual obstacles to doing business in Baku, how financing works for importers in Istanbul, or what it takes to move cargo through the Middle Corridor — that's what I bring.

How I operate

Principles behind the work.

01

Real problems only

Every company I lead started from a real, expensive problem — not a whiteboard idea. If it doesn't cost businesses serious money, I'm not interested in solving it.

02

Industry knowledge over everything

I spent years inside cross-border logistics as an operator — working with carriers, customs brokers, and traders across the Middle Corridor and CIS. That network and knowledge is what I build companies on top of.

03

People and relationships first

I don't write code — I build organizations. The right team, the right partners, and the right network matter far more than any technology choice.

04

Global from day one

Every company I run is built for international markets. Istanbul is my base, but the Middle Corridor, CIS, the US, and Europe are where the business happens.

Primary focus right now

Zentria Flow

The import cost intelligence layer that global trade is missing. Incorporated in Delaware, built for international markets — giving importers accurate landed cost visibility before they buy.
